Swedish Institute Management Program (SIMP) Asia 2022

Are you ambitious and an innovative leader in Thailand? Do you want to learn more about sustainable business practices and responsible leadership? Join the Swedish Institute Management Programme (SIMP) Asia 2022 and learn how to transform sustainability into a competitive advantage and become part of a strong, long-lasting professional network.

The program requirement  is that the candidates should be citizens of Thailand and work for a Thai private/public company. This would be an interesting opportunity to have the possibility for your companies to nominate talent(-s) from e.g. one of your local customers, suppliers, or partners.  This could also potentially be helpful for local partners/vendors to be strengthened in the Swedish way to sustainable business and thereby supporting your companies’ objectives.

The candidates with the following attributes are invited to apply:

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of making things happen;
  • Willing to support and share experience and knowledge with other participants;
  • Have a proficient command of written and spoken English;
  • A CEO, CXO or top manager of a small or medium–sized enterprise, or a manager of a significant and distinct department of a large enterprise, with its own profit responsibility;
  • Highly motivated professionals to run their business in a sustainable way, as well as to promote sustainable business practices in his/her country;
  • Willing and capable to drive the implementation of the sustainability strategy throughout the business, and
  • Experience working with policy and public private dialogues.

The programme will be conducted online between April – December 2022 with a follow–up session in February 2023. It contains coaching, interactive workshops and lectures, as well as virtual visits to companies and organisations in Sweden.
