SweCham’s First Sustainability Working Group Meeting

On 30 May, we held the SweCham/TSCC Sustainability Working meeting which was held at the SweCham office at Chamchuri Square Office Tower.

This Sustainability Working Group (SWG) is led by Lars Svensson, Chair of the SweCham SWG and JFCCT Sustainable Development Committee. The meeting was attended by Anders Frummerin (Sedana Medical), Patinya Silsupadol (Tetra Pak), Pojanath Bhatanacharoen (SweCham), and Sean Too (Sentinel).

We were also joined by online attendees including Daniel Lindgren (Rapid Asia), James Teague (AstraZeneca), Christer Nilsson (Media Partner Co Ltd), Nirundorn Chaovanapricha (ABB), and Katarina Svensson (Swedish Embassy). 

The aim of the SWG is to drive and support Sustainability awareness, engagement and Advocacy by establishing efficient ways of integrating Sustainability in our everyday ways of doing business to enable better business and business Development with positive impact on people, planet and profits. Our aim is to Influence and support at the forefront of sustainable practices and development through collaboration, raised awareness and advocacy. Together with our members, we strive to do better with impact each and every day.

Thank you very much to Lars Svensson for leading this meeting and for presenting the aim of our SWG working group! We look forward to future meetings and to guiding our SweCham community towards increased sustainable business practices.
