Special EASTER Champagne Brunch on 5 April 2015 at Fifty Five, on top of Centara Grand at CentralWorld. Price is only Baht 3,955++ per person and served from 11.30 to 15.00 hrs.

Start off with bottomless Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne with its floral and fruity variations, combining elegance and finesse, or Bellinis which is a peachy version of Champagne cocktail that makes you a great brunch cocktail, and selected wines.

New to the already impressive harvest from the sea which includes Maine lobsters, Phuket lobster, Slipper lobsters, Crayfish, Deep Sea Tiger Prawns, Alaskan King Crab, and four kinds of French oysters. Other new temptations include Bellota Reserva Iberico Ham, foie gras terrine with figs accompanied by Sauternes wine, sushi and tataki of Japanese Kagoshima Wagyu. There is a new selection of rare seasonal farm cheeses from Italy and France. A caviar amuse bouche is served to your table and the roaming chefs offer smoked salmon, foie gras and Sauterne, Bouchot mussels, Wagyu prime rib and more from the trolley to your table.

The professional chef have added new highlights for this special EASTER brunch to the cooked-to-order menu such as Eggs Cocotte,Scrambled eggs in their shell with Black truffle, Pumpkin and Alba white truffle veloute Poached quail egg, Oyster RockefellerSpinach and white wine Hollandaise, poached French Guinea hen with Basmati rice & Albufera sauce, charcoal grilled Wagyu beef tenderloin with Bearnaise and Australian lamb rack with rhyme and garlic jus is served through the brunch.
