An Afternoon of Celebration at Securitas Thailand's Grand Opening

Yesterday afternoon, SweCham had the privilege of being part of the grand opening of Securitas Thailand's combined Head Office and Operations Centre.  It was a momentous occasion, marked by a warm atmosphere and a spirit of unity. 🎊 

The afternoon kicked off with a heartfelt inauguration ceremony, graced by the esteemed Swedish Ambassador to Thailand, H.E. Mrs. Anna Hammargren, and the President of the Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Peter Björk.  Together, we celebrated this significant milestone in Securitas Thailand's journey.  SweCham Executive Director Dr. Pojanath Bhatanacharoen proudly joined the President in representing SweCham in offering our warmest congratulations to Mr. Daniel Hotlsjo, Country President of Securitas Thailand. 

One of the highlights of the afternoon was the delightful 'fika' coffee break, a cherished Swedish tradition.  Guests and the dedicated Securitas staff indulged in the flavours of Sweden, savouring cinnamon rolls, vanilla buns, and chocolate balls with coffee.  This cultural exchange added a touch of sweetness to the occasion, symbolising the harmonious blend of Swedish and Thai traditions. ☕️🍩
