A Sweet Start To The Week: Welcome Fika

This Monday, we kicked off the week on a positive note by warmly welcoming our newest team member, Julia, with a delightful Thai-inspired fika. This special occasion was the perfect opportunity to introduce Julia to a variety of exotic Thai fruits and desserts. The vibrant selection included refreshing cantaloupe, dragon fruit, and pomelo, along with the popular Thai dessert mango sticky rice—a delicious combination of ripe mango resting on a bed of sticky rice and covered in a rich coconut sauce. The fusion of Swedish and Thai cultures through these treats created a unique and enjoyable experience. 

We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to a great start as she settles into her new role at SweCham!
