A Meaningful Exchange with Swedish Universities

Big thanks to Prof. Roy Andersson, Associate Dean of International Affairs at Jönköping University and Professor of Quality Management at University West, Prof. Kent Salomonsson, Head of Research Virtual Manufacturing at The University of Skövde, alongside staff members from University West and University of Skövde, for visiting SweCham on 14 November 2023. 

This opportunity allowed us to reconnect with Prof. Roy and Prof. Kent and engage in insightful discussions with Maria Mcdonald, International Manager Coordinator, and Hanna Aknouche-Martinsson, Associate Dean of Education from University West, and Sirpa Rosendahl, Professor from the University of Skövde.  Additionally, the meeting provided us a chance to share insights about SweCham's aims, activities, and ongoing projects, as well as delve into the missions and challenges that universities are tackling in today's dynamic world.  Their commitment to educational excellence is truly inspiring.

Your visit is greatly appreciated.  To overcome challenges and create a brighter future for all, SweCham looks forward to continuing to strengthen the ties between Thailand and Sweden, particularly through strengthening the link between the industry and the academia.
