SPEAKER:

Professor Bo Edvardsson is Professor of Business Administration and former Vice Rector at Karlstad University, Sweden. Bo is the founder of CTF-Service Research Centre at Karlstad University and former editor of Journal of Service Management. Bo is also Professor two at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.

His research areas include:
• New Service Development and Service Innovation
• Value Creation through Service and the Service-Dominant Logic
• Complaints Management and Service recovery
• Customer Relationship Dynamics and Customer Experience
• Service Infusion in Manufacturing
